Executive Officers
The day-to-day operations are entrusted to our Executive Officers.
An experienced and qualified team of Executive Officers is responsible
for the different functions of our Group.
Wong Chiew Yuen
Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”)
He was head of the finance department of a listed company, Startech Electronics Ltd, reporting directly to the Executive Chairman. He supervised and oversaw various corporate projects of the company including rights issues, capital reduction, debt to equity restructuring, private placement of shares as well as mergers and acquisitions. He graduated from Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore in 1996. He was admitted as a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (“ICPAS”) in 1999 and became a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (“ACCA”) in 2005. He has 10 years of extensive working experience in the professional field of finance and auditing.
Liu Hongguo
Chief Operating Officer (“COO”)
He was appointed as COO in January 2007. He is responsible for the daily operations of the Group. Mr. Liu joined our subsidiary, Hualong as a production supervisor since 1995. Prior to joining Hualong, he worked as a technician at Rushan City Jacquard Factory from 1989 to 1994. Mr. Liu completed his secondary education at NeiNan secondary school, HeiLongJiang, China.
